In order to deeply understand the enterprise’s demand for talents, cultivate the students’ awareness of the enterprise and the recruitment position, enhance the combination of student learning and practice, and promote the exchange and cooperation between the university and the enterprise, the School of Management held a seminar on the joint cultivation of students under the “University-Enterprise Supervisors” Joint Cultivation System with Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Co. Ltd on January 3rd. Wang Hongyan, a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company, Yin Guangxu, secretary of the Party Branch of Shandong East Hotel Co., Ltd, and Zhou Lin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School, participated in the seminar. At the seminar, the two sides reached a consensus to jointly strengthen the construction of a talent team, actively explore new modes of cultivation, and achieve all-round resource sharing. After the seminar, the company leaders led the interns to familiarize themselves with their positions, providing a good working platform for students.
