Shandong Human Resources Development Promotion Association Visited Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy

On the afternoon of April 18th, Xia Luqing, President of the Shandong Human Resources Development Promotion Association, and his team visited the School of Management of Shandong University and Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy for research and discussion. Wu Changqi, Dean of the School, Tang Guiyao, Vice Dean, and Zhang Xiaofeng, Assistant Dean, attended the meeting.




Dean Wu welcomed the visit of the Association. He introduced the School history, discipline, faculty, and the important development achievements in recent years in the innovation of talent cultivation mode, teaching and research platform construction, and international cooperation and exchange. Vice Dean Tang introduced the Institute in seven aspects, including topics and papers, research reports, advisory reports, forum activities, etc. She said that it is the mission of the Institute to focus on major issues, serve national strategies, innovate talent theories, and empower talent management.


President Xia highly praised the achievements of the School and the Institute in recent years and hoped that the two sides would further deepen exchanges and cooperation and promote human resources in Shandong Province to realize high-quality development. Miao Qingkai, Deputy Secretary General of the Association, introduced the Association from the cultural concept, organizational structure, service functions, and other aspects, reviewing the previous key work, he said that the Association resolutely implements the pro-employment policies, the strategy for strengthening the province with talents and rural revitalization strategy, and is committed to building a new ecology of high-quality industrial development of human resources.
