The School of Management’s academic team consists of leading scholars and teachers at all levels of experience. The School maintains close cooperation with both domestic and foreign scholars. Currently the team consists of 147 full-time faculty members. To further improve the quality of the faculty, the School has established a system of Chair/Distinguished Professors and Visiting Professors and has recruited various experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs with extensive academic experience in management practice as part-time professors.
The research scope of the School of Management has continued to develop. The School is the “economic management research base of Shandong province,” and thus is central to management research output, both in Shandong province, where it provides consulting services for government departments and enterprises, and in China as a whole. Over the past six years, faculty members from the School of Management have published more than 1036 papers, along with 463 research projects, 93 awards, 54 monographs, 81 editorial board positions in academic journals, 31 conference papers, 26 textbooks, 14 teaching cases, and 27 research reports. This diversified body of ICs includes peer‑reviewed publications, externally funded projects, recognized scholarly honors, knowledge dissemination outputs and applied research deliverables, collectively evidencing the breadth and quality of our intellectual contributions.
