To implement the deployment of the State Council on the employment of college graduates, deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and build a high-quality talent training system and career guidance service system, on the morning of May 21st, Li Kang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management, Shandong University, led a team to visit Shandong Railway Investment Holding Group Co., LTD. Li Binghui, Minister of Human Resources Department of the Group, and Chi Hai, Deputy Minister of the Department, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, relevant persons in charge of the Group gave an introduction to the development history, talents introduction, and organizational management of the Group. Besides, in light of the growing demand for professionals with modern management knowledge and skills, the Group was eager to attract high-quality talents through university-enterprise cooperation.
Deputy Secretary Li expressed her hope for an effective interface between talent training and social needs through the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises, the promotion of talent training, and the enhancement of students’ practical abilities for employment. She also focused on the internship and employment situation of the 2024 and 2025 graduates within the context of the talent training mode and university-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the School and welcomed industry experts for exchanges and guidance on students’ employment. Both sides carried out a deep exchange on the talent training cooperation between universities and enterprises, students’ practical activities for employment, enterprise talent recruitment, etc., and reached a preliminary cooperation intention on the construction of students’ internship and training bases. After the meeting, Deputy Secretary Li and her team visited the exhibition hall to gain detailed knowledge of the Group.
The visit deepened the interaction and cooperation between the School and the Group, and further expanded the service platform of talent training and employment guidance. The School will continue the visiting activity to promote the win-win situation of talent training and enterprise development.
