At the meeting, relevant persons in charge of COFCO Group introduced the development history, corporate culture, and future plans of the group, focusing on the business modules of COFCO Fortune, the expansion of COFCO's international business, and the recruitment of talents. Zhou Qinghua, Deputy Director of the Center, introduced Shandong University's talent training framework, graduate scales, and the school-enterprise training model. The two sides had in-depth discussions on topics such as school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry, academia, and research.
