Recently, Shandong Jvante Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. donated funds to the School of Management of Shandong University to set up a scholarship for undergraduate students with financial difficulties in the first year of undergraduates. On December 29th, “Jvante” Scholarship Donation Ceremony was held in the central campus. Dean Wu Changqi of the School and Chairman Zhang Lei of Shandong Jvante Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony, and Zhou Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, presided over the ceremony.
Dean Wu delivered a speech, expressing his sincere gratitude to Jvante Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Chairman Zhang. He said that the School is committed to accurately do a good job in helping students with financial difficulties. In the future, the School will continue to focus on the overall development of students, promote the synergy of “financial assistance” and “talent cultivation”, and cultivate students’ sense of gratitude and responsibility to give back to the society. Besides, the School are looking forward to the further implementation of institution-enterprise cooperation in fire safety and other aspects with Jvante Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
Chairman Zhang said that the Company adheres to the original intention of public welfare and sets up special public welfare funds, which are used to subsidize students with economic difficulties and donate for rescue around the country. He said that as an EMBA student of the School, it is his responsibility and pride to help his younger schoolmates better complete their study; he hoped that the original intention could play a leading role in calling more people to participate in public welfare undertakings, and wished that more students can do what they can to assume more social responsibility. He said he hoped more cooperation in the future to help the School’s high-quality development.
