In order to guide students to establish a proper concept of employment and understand the requirements of employment, on May 16, the School of Management launched the “Ideal Jia” module of the “Growth Meeting Room”, a brand activity of the School of Management, and carried out the “PwC You Plus” campus activity, with Zeng Pengfei, senior consultant of the PwC ESG Education Department of Sustainable Development and Innovation, as the guest speaker.
Combined with his own entrepreneurial experience and job search experience, Zeng Pengfei introduced PwC’s development history, business distribution, brand value, corporate culture, operation model and other aspects in detail, leading everyone to a preliminary understanding of the career development path in the financial field. He also explained platform development and welfare benefits. Taking PwC as an example, he introduced the general process of corporate recruitment, including key points of website application - GBA assessment - AI interview - leaderless group discussion and presentation. Based on the perspective of the recruiters, Zeng Pengfei helped the audience analyze the “ability puzzle” in the interviewer’s eyes, and provided relevant job search suggestions around professional skills, soft skills, campus experience, internship experience, etc. Mock interviews were also conducted at the event.
