From July 19 to 23, the School of Management of Shandong University and its partner SAP Innovation Empowerment Center successfully held a teacher training for SAP University Alliances and University Competence Center in Blue Silicon Valley, Qingdao.
At the opening ceremony, Yan Bao, Director of Investment Department of Aoshan Bay Future Urban Management Committee, delivered a speech. Yan welcomed all of guests and introduced the overall development of Aoshan Bay Future City. Wu Changqi, Dean of the School of Management of Shandong University, delivered the keynote speech “Innovation and Change: Digital Transformation Strategy and Mechanical Innovation” as the main speaker. Sun Bin, Project Manager of SAP University Alliances, shared the ecosystem of SAP digital talent cultivation from students’ study to career development, from ERP, data analysis, classroom teaching of human resources to online practice and so on.
The training program was jointly developed by SAP University Alliances (UA) and SAP University Competence Center (UCC) for university teachers. More than 80 teachers from universities across the country participated in the training.
In March 2021, Shandong University officially signed a laboratory cooperation agreement with SAP Shandong Enpowerment Center -- North Smart Enterprise, which donated SAP software products to the Experimental Center of School of Management for teaching and experiments of teachers and students of Shandong University. More than 10 teachers from the Department of Strategic Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management and the Experimental Center of the School of Management attended the training. During the training, Wang Keyue from Communication University of China, Xu Jiazhen from University of International Business and Economics, Zhao Weidong from Fudan University, and Zhu Jianbin, member of SAP UCC Advisory Committee from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, gave lectures on relevant courses, and the training was a complete success.
