On the morning of October 19th, Li Xue, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Zhongshan Group Co., LTD., Wang Luzi, Chairman of the Board, Wang Qian, Deputy General Manager, Zhang Wei, Assistant of General Manager and General Manager of Operation Center visited our school. Shi Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of our school, Zhang Lei, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Department of Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Zhang Xiaofeng, Director of the Department of Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Wang Yi, Director of the Department of Marketing, attended the cooperation fair.
Shi Yan introduced the current situations of School of Management and Shandong University from the discipline construction, scientific research, talent cultivation and social services to visiting guests. In her speech, Shi Yan said, the School of Management, as a young and vibrant school of Shandong University, has been always devoted itself to carrying out its strategies of “serving Shandong Province” proposed in 2018 in the process of running and schooling. The strategy is to take root in Qilu, carry forward the Chinese management thoughts, and build a first-class management school that takes root in Qilu, serve China and influence the world.
Li Xue introduced the development history, business modules and achievements of Zhongshan Group in technological innovation. Li Xue said that Zhongshan is taking the lead in environmental protection and new materials, but it is still in the primary stage of development, with nearly 50 patents yet to be industrialized. He hoped that the cooperation with the School of Management of Shandong University could make up for the lack of manpower, intelligence and management of the group.
At the end of the meeting, both parties reached an agreement on cooperation. In the next stage, who would jointly build the “Double Leaders” Studio Demonstration Site and Internship Teaching Base with the Department of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and gradually promote the comprehensive strategic cooperation stage by stage in an orderly way.
