On December 10, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Science and Technology Bureau of Lixia District and the School of Management of Shandong University, Shandong University Alumni Youth CEO Club and the opening ceremony of “Shandong University Internship Teaching Base” and “Shandong University Alumni Youth CEO Club Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base” were successfully held in Shandong Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park. Zhang Tao, Deputy Chief Executive of People’s Government of Lixia District, Jinan , Ji Xiaoqing, Party Secretary of the School of Management, Shandong University, Zhu Weidong, Director of Science and Technology Bureau, Zhang Xinfeng, Chairman of Shandong University Alumni Youth CEO Club, Li Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary, Shanda Road Science and Technology Business District Development Center, Wang Yimin, Associate Dean of School of Management, Shandong University and Shi Yan, Deputy Party Secretary of the School, attended the activities. Zhu Weidong presided over the ceremony.
Zhang Tao introduced Lixia District’s achievements in scientific and technological innovation, industrial development and talent recruitment, hoping that the two sides can share resources, promote in-depth integration and achieve win-win cooperation. Ji Xiaoqing introduced the progress made in the reform and innovation of the School of Management in recent years, pointing out that the School of Management, in order to meet the needs of the major national development strategies, has always taken rooted in Shandong, and served Shandong and local high-quality development through the the joint efforts of enterprises, universities, research institutes and the government.
Zhang Xinfeng said the club had always been committed to providing a platform for alumni to communicate in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship, and would also provide financial support for high-quality entrepreneurship projects of university students. He hoped that the cooperation could help alumni enterprises overcome shortage in scientific and technological support and low efficiency of patent transformation, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results. Zhu Weidong introduced the innovation and effectiveness of Science and Technology Bureau of Lixia District in supporting scientific and technological innovation, finance, and services. Through the mode of “policy of the government + drive of large enterprises + precise services of foreign experts”, Lixia District has promoted the development of scientific and technological innovation.
At the meeting, Shi Yan and Zhu Weidong signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both sides. Zhang Tao and Ji Xiaoqing unveiled the nameplate of “Shandong University Internship Teaching Base”. Li Xiaofeng and Zhang Xinfeng unveiled the nameplate of “Shandong University Alumni Youth CEO Club Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base”. According to the agreement, both sides will carry out cooperation in talent cultivation, management training, academic forums, industry salons, party building and a series of activities of Alumni Day for the 120th Anniversary of Shandong University, so as to realize the resource integration and mutual benefits shared by famous cities and districts, and promote the high-quality development of economy, science and technology, innovation and entrepreneurship of Lixia District.
During the discussion and exchange session, the participants discussed the specific construction plan of the innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory, the teaching and practice base of the School of Management, the executive education and training, Shandong University Alumni Youth CEO Club Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base and the incubators of innovative business, which will be implemented as soon as possible.
