On May 21, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the Graduate Joint Training Base and Corporate Classroom was held by Shandong University and Shandong Scitech Innovation Group Co., Ltd. at the Shandong State-owned Assets Science and Technology Innovation Base.
Ding Ronggui, Dean of the School of Management of Shandong University, Fu Yanzhi, Party Secretary of the school, Wang Jianxin, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Scitech Innovation Group Co., Ltd., and other officials jointly unveiled the plaque for the Graduate Joint Training Base and Corporate Classroom.
Wang Jianxin introduced Shandong Scitech Innovation Group Co., Ltd.’s overall development strategy and plans for integrating industry with education. He stated that the joint establishment of the talent training base with Shandong University is a key initiative to pool high-quality educational resources, strengthen talent reserves, and empower industrial upgrading. Ding Ronggui introduced the development of the School of Management, and noted that this joint effort will give full play to the university’s strengths in academic disciplines, faculty and scientific research to foster high-caliber application-oriented professionals.
Both sides will continue improving the collaborative talent training mechanism, and build a model integrating industry, academia, research and application, and promote the in-depth integration of educational and industrial resources.
Relevant officials from the Industry-Education Integration and Competency Development Center of the School of Management, Shandong University, and Shandong Scitech Innovation Group Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.
