Chen Xiao

Chen Xiao graduated from Shandong University with a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Management, Fudan University. His research direction is Customer Relationship Management and Performance Excellence Model. He has published 6 papers in SCI, SSCI and CSSCI source journals, and has worked as the reviewer of journals including International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences. He has participated in a number of scientific research projects, such as Major Project supported by the National Social Science Fund of China, Key Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, General Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Research Project of Ministry of Education.

During his doctoral period, Chen Xiao was funded by the State-sponsored Graduate Program of National Construction of High-level University, and went to the Department of Service Management of Lund University in Sweden for joint doctoral training. Chen Xiao attended international academic conferences in Britain, Denmark, Italy, Poland and South Korea and presented 5 papers, among which 2 won “Best Paper Award”.

Chen Xiao has completed 4 enterprise-funded projects entrusted by the State Administration for Market Regulation, China Association for Quality and other institutions as the main facilitator, and participated in the evaluation of several provincial and municipal government quality awards, such as Anhui Provincial Governor’s Quality Award. In May 2020, Chen Xiao was reported by China Postgraduates. In December 2020, he was approved by “Shanghai Super Postdoc” and “Fudan University Super Postdoc” Talent Incentive Plans.
