On November 16 and 17, the School of Management held the entrepreneurial experience sharing meeting and cooperation fair of Ying Shaofeng, an outstanding youth alumni of Marketing Class of 2011, Director of MeiShang Cosmetics, Co-founder and Brand General Manager of Colorkey. Shi Yan, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Management, Meng Xia, from Cooperation and Development Department of Shandong University, Liu Yaqiong, from Alumni Office of Shandong University, Lu Hao, Secretary General of the School Alumni Association and more than 200 students attended the activity.
On the afternoon of 16, at the entrepreneurial experience sharing meeting, Ying Shaofeng pointed out that to start a business, the macro market situation should be the starting point, a keen insight into user needs is needed, and opportunity should be seized to explore the blue ocean; the brand and team cooperation are important, and enterprise development goals should be established on the basis of team cooperation. Taking the brand development history of Colorkey as an example, he pointed out that a successful business needs the improvement in data acquisition ability, product ability and brand influence, and at the same time, the cultivation of product power is needed, so that three characteristics of cross-cultural influence, inheritance, and reputation and social promotion would be achieved. According to Ying Shaofeng, listening to the feedback of consumers and paying attention to the consumption experience are the premise for the success of a business, and the combination of market demand with product innovation, the integration of resources would attribute to the establishment of a meaningful and valuable brand.
On the morning of 17, Ying Shaofeng, on behalf of Meishang Group, carried out an in-depth cooperation fair with the School of Management. Shi Yan introduced the development of the School of Management in recent years, and discussed cooperation models and projects from the aspects of talent cultivation, industrial research, management consultation, etc. Ying Shaofeng expressed the group’s current needs for talents in scientific research, organizational management and other aspects. Ying also reached a consensus with the School on innovative talent cultivation methods, expressed that in the future, they will strengthen the contact with the School, in forms such as subject research, case development, lecture exchange, and practice, to jointly cultivate students’ transferable and sustainable development ability, and help in the growth of students, progress of enterprises, and development of society.
In the celebration of the 120th Anniversary of Shandong University, the School of Management actively innovates the forms of cooperation and development and alumni services, and is committed to building a bridge of communication between the alumni and the University and the School, so as to strengthen the connection between the alumni and the school and students, promote mutual benefit and common progress, open a new journey of Shandong University and write a new chapter of the School.
