Professor Wu Junjie of Beihang University Gave an Academic Lecture

On the morning of April 26th, Professor Wu Junjie of Beihang University was invited to give an academic lecture entitled "Research on Data Intelligence from the Perspective of Management Science" at the School of Management, Shandong University. Professor Zhang Jianghua, Vice Dean of the School, presided over the lecture.

From the perspective of management science, Professor Wu introduced in detail the exploration of data intelligence research from the aspects of data fusion in scenarios, model constructing with data, scenario empowering with models, and cross-penetration of data intelligence. In terms of theoretical foundation and core objectives, Professor Wu advocates the use of "deep representation learning" to build "computable and interpretable complex systems". When it comes to data collection, he details two methods: firstly, the use of group intelligence perception to achieve effective collection and perception maximization of open data, and secondly, the design of distributed intelligent giant systems to optimize the processing of private data; in the aspect of data circulation, Professor Wu shares the data desensitization and sharing scheme based on privacy protection and advocates the use of the federated learning platform to achieve secure sharing of data transactions; in the aspect of constructing data models, he emphasizes the depth of domain models, embedding of complex behaviors, and verticalization of the Large Language Model to improve the accuracy and accuracy of the model; in the aspect of model empowerment scenarios, he introduced the concepts of human-in-the-loop, machine behavior and human-machine collaboration, showing the empowering role of data intelligence in actual scenarios; in the field of cross-penetration of data intelligence, Professor Wu elaborated his unique insights through the perspectives of external embedding and technological enhancement, which provides new ideas for the future development of data intelligence. After the lecture, Professor Wu had an in-depth exchange with the faculty and students of the School on topics such as technology-driven management.
