Strategic Planning & Turning Challenges into Opportunities - Research on Structural Risk Analysis and Response under the Context of“Going Global”
Chinese engineering is involved in overseas construction and Chinese brands, Chinese standards, and Chinese services have also gained recognition abroad. However, the intertwining of various complex factors in the international market has given rise to structural risks that are hidden, destructive, and difficult to control. State-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, universities and colleges have been able to find opportunities in crisis and turning them into opportunities in dealing with structural risks. They have not only brought Chinese engineering technology to the world but also provided carriers for the dissemination of Chinese culture and Chinese spirit. These practices deserve to be documented, organized and analyzed to build risk management theories and project management theories with Chinese Wisdom. They can also guide students to experience China's great country's responsibility in the construction of “Belt and Road” and the engineering spirit in the light of the country's “going out” strategy and international environment, thus realizing the in-depth integration of the course's civics and teaching process.
