In order to further explore innovative patterns in management education and improve the quality of student work, on March 15th, Fu Yanzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management of Shandong University, Bian Jiang, Division-level Organization Member, and Li Kang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, visited Nankai Business School, Nankai University to conduct in-depth exchanges and research activities.
Nankai Business School warmly welcomed the visit of the School of Management. The leaders of both schools provided detailed introductions on the development history, school-running concepts, disciplinary characteristics, and future plans respectively. During the exchange session, Nankai Business School showed its latest achievements in teaching, research, and student cultivation, and also shared its advanced experience and distinctive practices in international talent cultivation, education of innovation and entrepreneurship, and high-quality employment promotion and other aspects. At the meeting, both sides jointly signed the co-construction agreement of "Business+", in order to transform resource strengths into capability strengths and form a system of joint education. They also discussed the cooperation potential and visions in educational resource sharing, academic research, and students’ education and management and other areas in the future.
In addition, the delegation from the School also visited the 100th anniversary exhibition of Nankai University, the monument of National Southwestern Associated University, and the statue of Zhou Enlai. The delegation had friendly communications with the faculty and staff of Nankai Business School.
The activity for exchanges and investigations provides new ideas and directions for deepening cooperation between the two sides. The School and Nankai Business School will adhere to close exchanges, fully leverage the disciplinary characteristics, uphold collaborative innovation, and work together to promote the progress and development of management education in China, making greater contributions to cultivating more high-level business management talents and advancing economic and social development.
