Recently, the Leading Entrepreneurs Business Thinking Tour Week (the 27th) was held in Boao, Hainan under the guidance of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The event was divided into the Award Ceremony for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 SME Business Management Leadership Talent Excellence Awards, lectures by experts, visits to benchmark enterprises, and meetings of leading entrepreneurs.
The following awards were given to the Leading Talents Program of Shandong University: “Outstanding Organization Award” to the School of Management of Shandong University, “Outstanding Teacher Award for the Year of 2020-2021” to Professor Wu Changqi, “Outstanding Contribution Award” to Professor Meng Qingchun, “Outstanding Contribution Award” to the Enterprise Service Department of Shandong Province Light Industry Collective Enterprise Association and Shandong SME Development Promotion Center (guidance affiliation), “Outstanding Class Collective Award for the Year of 2021-2022” to the Shandong University-Qingdao Class of 2021-2021, “Outstanding Class Collective Award for the Year of 2022-2023” to Shandong University-Shandong Class, “Outstanding Class Teacher Award for the Year of 2021-2022” to Yu Lu of the School Higher Management Education Center, “Outstanding Class Committee Member Award for the Year of 2021-2022” to Cong Ning of Shandong University-Qingdao Class of the Year of 2021-2022, “Outstanding Class Committee Member Award for the Year of 2022-2023” to Wang Mingliang of Shandong University-Shandong Class of the Year of 2022-2023, and “Outstanding Trainee Award for the Year of 2021-2022” to Wang Ruiguo of Shandong University-Qingdao Class of the Year of 2021-2022.
The Talent Exchange Center of the MIIT launched the cultivation and construction of the benchmark teaching site of the enterprise operation and management talent quality improvement project in 2023. After the independent declaration, formal review and expert assessment, Qingdao Haier Central Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., the trainee enterprise of Shandong University-Qingdao Class of 2020-2021, has been selected as the first batch of benchmarking teaching sites of the enterprise operation and management talent quality improvement project. The Awarding Ceremony of the benchmarking teaching site was held during the Tour Week.
The training of leading talents is an important initiative to implement the enterprise operation and management talent quality improvement project and help SMEs effectively improve their operation and management. The School of Management accurately identifies the significance of MIIT’s Leading Talents Program in serving the major national strategies, focusing on the development of the “Four New Economies”, empowering the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, and boosting the development of the regional economy.
More than 300 people attended the event, including leaders of SMEs and service affiliations from all over the country, leaders and project leaders of more than 20 colleges and universities cooperating with leading talents, members of the Board of Directors of Leading Talents Entrepreneurs Fellowship Organization, and trainee representatives of leading entrepreneurs from various provinces (cities and districts) across the country.
Recently, the Talent Exchange Center of the MIIT sent a letter of thanks to the School of Management, recognizing the training of “SME Management Leaders of MIIT”, in which the letter emphasized the significance of the leader training for the implementation of the enterprise operation and management talent quality improvement project, helping SMEs effectively improve their operation and management, and supporting the gradient cultivation system construction for high-quality enterprises.
