On the morning of January 19th, Chen Ling, Vice Minister of International Affairs Department of Shandong University, and her team investigated the internationalization of the School of Management. Fu Yanzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and Tang Guiyao, Vice Dean of the School, attended the seminar.
On behalf of the School, Secretary Fu warmly welcomed the arrival of the International Affairs Department. At the meeting, Vice Dean Tang made a report on the overview of the internationalization of the School, with the focus of the talent cultivation, international exchange and cooperation, especially research cooperation, expressing the hope for the future internationalization.
Vice Minister Chen fully recognized the internationalization achievements of the School, gave detailed answers to the issues of concern in the School internationalization construction, and said that the International Affairs Department would continue to support the School internationalization. The two sides also discussed and exchanged views on the key internationalization contents, including international intellect attraction and cooperation, internationalization capacity enhancement of faculty and staff, and international Chinese education.
The investigation and guidance strengthened the communication and cooperation between the School and the International Affairs Department, laying a foundation for the School internationalization in the future.
