Recently, the School of Management held the working meeting of program directors for graduate degree authorization sites and the appointment ceremony of program directors. Dean Wu Changqi, Vice Dean Zhang Jianghua, and program directors attended the meeting.
Dean Wu expressed his gratitude to the program directors for their support of the construction of the degree program and fully recognized the work of the School’s postgraduate education and the effectiveness of cultivation. He put forward requirements for the future work, including promoting the reform in depth, improving the long-term mechanism to consolidate and deepen the talent cultivation achievements, and advancing the education reform; meanwhile, the School should pay attention to the integration and synergy between the program development and the department construction, and enhance the development of postgraduate education scientifically.
Vice Dean Zhang read out the appointment decision of the School for the program directors of each degree authorization site, introduced the post duties of the directors and the important work arrangement in 2024. He said that each postgraduate degree program should focus on establishing morality, strengthen the whole process of the human education system, and comprehensively implement the concept of high-quality connotative development from the aspects of management mechanism, core curriculum construction, internship and practice base construction, cross-fertilization training, etc., strongly promoting the high-quality development of talent cultivation.
At the meeting, Dean Wu issued appointment certificates for the program directors of each degree authorization site.
