On December 20th, the signing ceremony of the “Student Practice Base of the School of Management of Shandong University” was held by the School and Shandong China State Construction City Developments Limited. Yang Jian, Deputy General Manager, and relevant persons in charge of the company, Meng Qingchun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and representatives of teachers and students attended the ceremony.
Deputy General Manager Yang introduced the development history and talent structure of the company, and put forward the prospect of platform resources, talent cultivation, and graduate employment, hoping to promote cooperation between the School and the company.
Secretary Meng introduced the history and development achievements of the School and the University, as well as the School’s high-quality talent cultivation and service strategy for local development in recent years. He hoped that the two sides would take the cooperation as an opportunity to jointly promote the cultivation of young innovative talents and strengthen the responsibility in the service of national strategies and regional economic development.
At the ceremony, Deputy General Manager Yang and Secretary Meng jointly unveiled the plaque for the base. After the ceremony, a seminar was held, in which Chen Guopeng, a graduate of the School in 2023, and Yan Guangze, a graduate in 2022, shared their personal feelings after joining the company in terms of their work experience, company talent cultivation, suggestions for younger students, etc. The teachers and students in the School exchanged views on major-position matching, recruitment process, internships, and other issues. Fu Yina, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and He Xiqian, Director of Human Resources of the company, signed the cooperation agreement. Teachers and students visited the Cloudland Project of the company in Jinan.
The activity effectively deepened the mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for student internship and enterprise recruitment.
