On October 11th, “Led by Talent, Driven by Innovation” Dialogue on High Quality Development of Human Resources was held in Qingdao, which was organized by the Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, and Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, and implemented by Shandong Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. Wu Changqi, Dean of the School of Management of Shandong University and President of Shandong Talent Development Strategy Research Institute, was invited to attend and give a speech in the high-level dialogue.
With the topics of “Development Trend of Multinational Enterprises and Internationalization of Talent Resources” and “Human Resource Service Industry Supporting High-Quality Development of Industry”, Professor Wu Changqi and other experts and scholars jointly explored the direction and path of the future development of human resource service industry. Professor Wu believed that the sustained economic growth and industrial restructuring of China have great attraction for global talents, and Shandong Province, as a large economic and population province in China with a large number of high-level technical talents, invites multinational corporations and talents from all over the world to develop in Shandong.
In recent years, the School has been actively practicing the strategy of serving Shandong, giving full play to the advantages of its disciplines, and striving to create a new pattern of high-level service to the society, so as to make new contributions to the construction of developing a quality workforce. The Dialogue is an important part of the “fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit”, and it is the first time for the Summit to set up a special event with the theme of talent and human resources. The Dialogue exchange ideas, with the focus on the new development of multinational enterprises and new changes in human resources, adding new vitality to help Shandong Province accelerate the pace of “Dual Attraction and Dual Retention” and win the “new track” of high-quality development.
