Recently, the National Office for Philosophy and Social Science unveiled the list of annual programs and youth programs approved by NSSFC for the year 2023. The School of Management was funded by a total of five programs with the funded rate of 62.5% and the direct funding for the program of 1 million yuan, including 4 general programs and 1 youth programs. The number of programs and funds doubled compared with the same period of last year.
The program “Research on the Realization Path and Governance Optimization of Differentiated Control of Group Corporations”, declared by Associate Professor Fang Zheng of the Department of Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, mainly answers the three core propositions of the underlying logic, classification basis and governance countermeasures of the differentiated control of group corporations by deconstructing the allocation process of residual control rights, which not only realizes the expansion of the theory of incomplete contract to the context of group corporations, but also provides useful insights into the practice of the differentiated control of group corporations and the promotion of the entrepreneurship spirit.
The program “Research on the Influence Mechanisms and Countermeasures of Socially Responsible Human Resource Management Practices on Dual Green Innovation of Enterprises”, declared by Associate Professor Men Chenghao of the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management, focuses on the practice of socially responsible human resource management, explores the mechanism of the role of socially responsible human resource management on dual green innovation in enterprises and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the practice of socially responsible human resource management and dual green innovation in enterprises, so as to inject a strong impetus into the realization of the national goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”.
The program “Research on the Identification and Dissemination Path of Distorted Information in AI-Generated Content”, declared by Associate Professor Sheng Dongfang of the Department of Information System and Supply Chain Management, from the perspective of human-intelligence interaction, taking distorted information in AI-generated content as the research object, provides theoretical and methodological support for the management of AIGC distorted information in social networks in the era of the Intelligent Internet, through the exploration of the classification and characterization system, the identification methodology and the cognition mechanism, and the path of dissemination and the formation mechanism of AIGC distorted information.
The program “Research on the Health Perception Effect and Governance Strategies of Visual Information Clues”, declared by Professor Wang Xingyuan of the Department of Marketing, taking visual information clues in food marketing as the research object, explores how different types of visual information clues affect consumers’ perception of the food product health and the perception of the health authenticity. The results of the program will provide a basis for regulating the use of visual clues in food and help consumers make truly healthy food choices.
The youth program “Research on the Integration of Digitization and Greening of New Infrastructure Projects under the Perspective of Eco-collaborative Innovation”, declared by Associate Professor Li Ying of the Department of Project Management and Industrial Engineering, taking the new infrastructure construction programs as the research object, explores how to promote the integration of digitization and greening of the programs from the perspective of eco-collaborative innovation. The results will guide the implementation and promotion of the programs and advance the realization of economic and social sustainable development goals.
The National Social Science Fund of China is an important channel for the country to support basic research in the field of philosophy and social science research. In the next step, the School will help the faculty make program applications and produce high-quality research results by setting up discipline teams and building national and provincial research platforms for development.
