The Experimental Center of Management Discipline Organized a Training Meeting on Intelligent Production Quality Management System

On May 6 and 8, the experimental center of management discipline organized a training meeting on intelligent production quality management system. Representatives of teachers and students of the school participated in the meeting.


At the meeting, the technical engineer of Shandong Yonggengda Information Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the operation of quality management platform and control system in modules, including storage module, flexible conveying module, intelligent processing module, visual inspection module, AGV handling module, and production process control system. Among them, SPC is a quality control method based on prevention. By collecting and analyzing process information, normal and abnormal fluctuations in the production process can be identified,so that measures can be taken to eliminate abnormalities and improve working procedures, and process control can be continuously optimized through the principle of continuous improvement, thus preventing the generation of unqualified products and continuously improving product quality.


After systematic study, teachers and students participated experienced the whole process of intelligent production quality management, and successfully made small souvenirs by operating the system. The application of the system will enrich the experimental means of quality management and other related courses, improving the experimental teaching results.


Intelligent production quality management system is a large-scale instrument and equipment newly purchased by our school. The system includes raw material storage module, mobile robot handling module, flexible conveying line module, intelligent processing module, visual inspection module, visual management module, manufacturing execution system (MES), flexible manufacturing system (FMS), statistical process control (SPC) system and other intelligent manufacturing quality management processes. Through the seamless connection between MES/FMS software system and automatic equipment, a complete production and processing system is constructed. Meanwhile, the production system is equipped with SPC system. Through the connection with artificial intelligence camera, the detection data of product parts are collected, and the quality analysis charts of the production system, such as Pareto and scatter diagrams, are live drawn to analyze and evaluate the production quality of the production system.
