Recently, the latest research achievement of Professor Zhang Jianghua's team from the School of Management, “Can sports knowledge sharing promote group sports behavior? -A Communication Visibility Intellectual Study”, was invited to give a formal report at the 33rd Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) Annual Conference, the top international conference, held in Orlando, Florida, USA. Professor Zhang Jianghua is the correspondent, postdoctoral Chloe Wang is the first author, and Shandong University is the first author. The conference was held in the form of sub-forums around 31 research topics, and the results were reported and exchanged in the social media and Web 2.0 (SMA) sub-forum.
With the empirical research of sports knowledge dissemination on sports social network sites in colleges and universities, this study puts forward a theoretical framework for promoting group sports behavior based on the visibility of sports dissemination. The innovation and sharing of individual sports knowledge promotes group sports behavior through the intermediary of the visibility of sports dissemination. At the conference, Wang Lei explained the research motivation, research problems, research process, research conclusion and research innovation. Combining theoretical model with empirical research, this study mainly discusses the influence of individual sports knowledge innovation and sports dissemination visibility on group sports behavior in online sports community, and finally provides management suggestions for promoting and guiding group sports behavior.
