Xin Jie, Professor of School of Management, Shandong University, Doctor Advisor Ph.D. of Management and Applied Economics, Standing Director of China Business Ethics Association, national registered marketing planner, Deputy Director of Research Institute of Enterprise Culture of Shandong Province, member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, member of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association of Colleges and Universities, Researcher at the Soft Science Research Base in Shandong Province. Professor Xin once worked in Beijing New Huaxin Management Consulting Company, Ogilvy & Mather International Advertising Company, China Mobile Company and Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel.
Professor Xin Jie has published more than 50 academic papers in Journal of Business Ethics, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Business Management Journal, China Soft Science, Science Research Management, Management Review, Studies in Science of Science, Chinese Journal of Management, Science of Science and Management of S.& T, six of which have been photocopied by China Renmin University Press. Professor Xin has also published 2 monographs and worked as anonymous reviewer of Management World, Nankai Business Review and other journals. He won the 1st prize of the first Teachers Lecture Competition of Shandong Province, 2nd prize of the 1st National College Teachers Micro Course Lecture Competition, the 6th Teaching Expert of Shandong University, MBA Merit Teacher of Shandong University. He has provided training or consulting services for more than 200 enterprises and institutions and served as management consultant for several companies. He organized over many projects, one supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one supported by the National Social Science Research Fund of China, two supported by the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, one supported by the China Postdoctoral Foundation, two supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province and one supported by the Social Science Fund of Shandong Province. He has won Social Science Award of Shandong Province for three times and achieved Best Paper Award of SIOP once.
